Whether honing her skills in the culinary arena and herb gardening, or
designing candlewicking, Brazilian embroidery, tatting, quilting, or
 jewelry, Janet Simmons-Dean is passionate about her creative endeavors.

A licensed Realtor with a Paralegal degree and a twenty-five-year
business background, Janet decided to leave "Corporate America"  to
pursue her artistic craftsmanship and lifelong dream, to design and
manufacture distinctive quality art.

Victorian Traditions is an expanding collection of hand-crafted designs
that is a continual work in progress. With time, additions have been
made to the collection to not only include jewelry but Victorian
pillows in the art of pin-weaving and Vintage button jewelry
as well as authentic wood cigar boxes transformed into purses in unique                     designs and Victorian style hats embellished with handmade flowers.

The entire collection shown at Victorian Traditions is designed and
hand-crafted exclusively by Janet. Quality is abounding with each piece
as special care is taken when selecting products to assemble each creation.
